Refund & Returns Policy
The Nugget Gallery stands behind every item we sell. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, please feel free to send it back for store credit or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.
No returns on sale items, special orders, or items modified to fit the customer (including ring sizing). Items must be in original condition.
Layaway Policy
Items cannot be held without a down payment. Our layaway terms are designed to be simple and fair:
Note: Cancelled layaways will be returned to stock with a 10% restocking fee applied to the store credit balance.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For items over $50, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
